At-Ogle-Wood XLII

Dear Duffers:
By popular demand and as promised, Atwood lives on!  Pertinent information is listed above .  Many of last years details are the same, but given that most of the Duffers invited suffer from substance abuse ADHD, here they are again.

COST:  2 tier payment.

Tier#1--Confirmation money (you're in) this years cost is $65 and covers, (1) food for dinners Friday & Saturday, (2) kegs- beer, (3) booze/mix and (4) Prize Money.  That needs to be sent immediately to:

Based on feedback after last years festivities, it was determined that we would need 1 more cabin this year-56 Duffers .  One of the issues we had last year was Cabin attendance  & keys.  The Committee has an "in person" meeting with Oglebay management-November 15, to remedy this issue but the one thing we can do better is to have a set number/names as early as possible!  THAT MEANS SEND IN YOUR MONEY NOW!

Tier#2--not to be sent yet, but an individual fee of $257.71 covers 2 nights cabin -2 to a room, 8 to a cabin , 2 -18 hole tickets with cart-Friday and Saturday.  We will also be discussing a better arrangement for those that want to come in Thursday.

The Committee is looking for 56 Duffers.  The fact that we get more or less won't change the cost structure.  This email will be sent to all last years participants.  Please inform those that were unable to attend last year but remember all Rookies need to be cleared with The Committee.
